Nepal is famous for raw adventure sports.
Activities like rafting and kayaking, canyoning and bungee jumping are offered in Nepal. Bungee jumping is offered at The Last Resort near the Tibetan border (around five hours drive from Kathmandu). This is one of the longest bungee jumps in the world and is on a 160 meters deep gorge.
You could also enjoy the stunning views of Fewa Tal and the Himalayan peaks while paragliding and parahawking from Sarangkot in Pokhara. The best time for paragliding is from November to January.
Institutes like Pasang Lhamu Sports Climbing Center and Nepal Mountaineering Association offer rock climbing courses for guides and visitors.
Mountain biking is also a means of enjoying your stay here. There are many routes in and around Kathmandu with some other routes in Pokhara.

Pasang Lhamu Sports Climbing Center is a fun climbing gym for all levels of climbers. If you are planning to go there, avoid going on weekends as it tends to be crowded by groups of school students and belayers are usually tired. The fee structure for climbing are Rs. 100 for Nepali students; Rs. 150 for Nepali individuals; Rs. 250 for foreigners residing in Nepal. There is an additional Rs. 100 for equipments (harness and shoes).
