Yes, there is an entry fee of Rs. 750 (US$11) to Bhaktapur. The entry fee is collected at a number of entrances to the city. If you intend to stay up to a week in Bhaktapur you have to pay the entry fee only once. Make sure to state the duration of your stay to the concerned authorities at the time of paying the entry fee.
