What is the entry fee to the Changu Narayan Temple?

There is an entry fee of Rs. 60 (about a dollar) to the Changu Narayan Temple. Non Hindus are not allowed inside the temple itself. The origin of this temple is believed to be in the 4th century. However it was rebuilt in 1702 after a fire badly destroyed it.
